Enjoyable Sunday

Today I went to meet up with YH. We hit it off quite well, and have lots to talk about.

We went to Waraku at Marina Square for lunch. After that, we shopped around Marina Square, then proceeded to Suntec and had a drink there. Then we took a train to Bugis. While at Citi Link, I bought two pairs of shoes at Nose.

It was already raining when we were at Suntec. We actually intended to walk from Suntec to Bugis, however, had to abandoned the plan as it was raining. Hence we took a train there.

At Bugis, we went to the shops where the steamboats are. I wanted to go Chuan Yi Pin but it seems to be full house and I didn't want to sit at the basement level. So, YH suggested that we go to the Parklane Deli House for its steamboat.

The food and chicken soup base was not too bad. The tom yam soup didn't taste as it should. It didn't have the taste of tom yam and it was too sour. However, we still enjoyed our chat over dinner.

YH bought a set of pins for me from her business trip to Xiamen. It's the Beijing 2008 Olympic characters! I simply love them! :D
