Party World KTV charges

Today I went with Joanne for a KTV session at Party World(PW). We haven't been singing for quite some time.

When the bill came, to my surprise, the KOD charges increase again! It was $0.50 when it was first imposed. Then increased to $1 - $1.50. Guess how much we are paying today? $2.50!!! How come so much!!

The best part is, PW didn't give us 10% on the KOD charges when I presented them with the VIP card. However, the KOD charges are subjected to a 10% service charge and 7% GST charge. Isn't it unreasonable?

They also didn't give us the towels which is at $1 each i.e. $2 for 2 persons. You might say I'm cheapo lah... haha... I went to the counter and asked them for it Don't care le... paid $2 for it.. of course must get lah... how can pay for nothing leh? The towels were also subjected to service charge and GST leh...

And I just checked Kbox website, their KOD charges is only at $1 per pax. Isn't KOD charges a standard charge? Why is it PW charging us $2.50 per pax??? If it's a charge that is set by PW itself, why isn't the charge subjected to the 10% discount?

Although the amount is really insignificant, I think the way PW charge their consumers is unjustifiable.
