Everyone seems to be real busy. Friends say will ask me to go holiday with them but they only know how to talk talk talk! They go without me! Wtf...
Yesterday's meeting, MD said to improve on the staff's punctuality, the management shall impose fines for those latecomers.
- Late for more than 10 min -- Fine $2
- Late for more than 15 min -- Fine $5
- Late for more than 3 times -- Warning letter
- Late for more than 5 times -- Disciplinary action
My brother asked what disciplinary action are they going to take? Wash the toilet? Since our office is now relocated to shophouse area and we have our own toilets.
Stupid policy right? MD wanted to deduct the fines from our pay. I told him then where am I suppose to take those penalties into my accounts if he includes the deduction in the payslip? Brainless fool!
Where got managerment want to deduct employees' pay? This policy was set to counter the HR lah... She's perpetually late. She was late for 1 hour last week! She reached office at 10.33am. Steady bom pi pi!!
This is threatening employees leh... Didn't they study Maslow's hierarchy theory? Employees come to work late becos they are not motivated to give any commitment to the company.
Why doesn't the management reward us $2 if we are 10 min earlier and $5 when we are 15 min earlier instead? Stupid fool... MD thinks we are working for factory ah? Or in a Primary School? He's so money face!! Even staff's money also want to greed.
The funniest part is he told us he was late once in March too. He also wants himself to be included in this dumb policy? It's really a laughing stock to go to MD and stretch out our hand to get him to pay his late penalty. Whahaha.. siao!
If MD late for more than 3 times, issue warning letter to him? If he's late for more than 5 times, impose disciplinary action on him? Duhz
